Time Out

Everyone needs a time out once in a while.  Sometimes many time outs on a daily basis.  To avoid feeling stressed, or just generally unwell, or if you’ve been spending time in a negative or toxic environment, you must remove yourself from the situation to heal and recharge.  Take a day or two to unplug and recharge your soul.  Revitalize yourself with an energy healing, a good book, a sitting in nature, a hot bath, yoga, meditation.  Anything that helps you to center yourself, to unwind from the daily chaos, and renew your sense of self.  Adjust to the cycles of life by taking time out for you.  Clarity comes from silence.  Order follows peace.  Answers present themselves during quiet time.  It is healthy to step away from the stress and find your inner sanctuary.
